Using Dilkii
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Shreelink Solutions OPC Private Limited (“Dilkii”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the Dilkii app and to dilkii.com. By creating an account or using Dilkii you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Dilkii.
1. What Dilkii is
Dilkii is a one-to-one conversation service. It lets adults talk privately, by audio or video call, with listeners, astrologers and consultants (together, “experts”). Any member can call and buy talk time to talk things through (a “caller”). A member can also apply to be an expert, and is then paid for the time callers spend talking with them. One account can do both. Dilkii provides the platform. We are an intermediary: we do not control what members say, we do not employ experts, and we do not promise how a conversation will go. Dilkii is not a medical, therapy, counselling or crisis service. Listeners are everyday people, not licensed professionals. Astrologers and consultants give guidance from their own knowledge (see section 8).
2. Who can use Dilkii
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
- New accounts must confirm a date of birth. An account that enters an age under 18 is locked permanently. Giving a false age breaks these terms.
- Use your own mobile number and your own identity. One person may hold one account. Do not sell, share or transfer your account.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
3. Talk time and calls
- Callers buy talk time: prepaid time for one-to-one audio and video conversations with an expert. You buy it in one-time top-ups. Your talk time is held in your Dilkii wallet as credits, which the app shows as coins. The amount and its price are shown in the app before you pay, in Indian rupees and including applicable taxes.
- A call is charged in blocks of 15 seconds of connected time. The number of credits a block uses can depend on the time of day, and it is shown in the app. Time is not charged while a call is ringing or has not connected.
- A call ends when your talk time runs out. The app warns you when you are about to run out.
- Talk time is a prepaid right to one-to-one conversation time on Dilkii. It is not money, a deposit, or e-money. It cannot be transferred, sold, gifted outside the app, or exchanged for cash, and it earns no interest.
- We may change prices and call rates for future purchases and calls. A change never affects talk time you have already bought; it stays in your wallet and is used at the rate that applies when you call. Talk time does not currently expire while your account is in good standing.
4. Paying
- Payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway and your bank or UPI app. You pay in Indian rupees, once for each top-up. Nothing renews automatically.
- Dilkii never asks for or stores your UPI PIN, card details or bank password. Never share them with anyone claiming to be Dilkii.
- Your talk time is added only when Dilkii has confirmed the payment with our authorised payment gateway. The “payment complete” screen of a UPI app is not enough on its own. If a payment is pending, wait for its status to update before trying again.
- If you were charged and did not get your talk time, or were charged twice, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- If you pay with a payment method you are not entitled to use, we may cancel the order and the talk time.
5. Experts: earnings and withdrawals
- To become an expert, you must pass verification. We check the voice introduction and photos you submit, automatically and sometimes by hand, and may approve, reject or ask again at our discretion. Submitting someone else’s photos or voice, or photos that do not show you, is a serious breach.
- An expert earns the credits callers use during their calls. Earned credits can be withdrawn as money at the rate per credit shown in the app. The rate may depend on how much time you spend talking and can change for future earnings.
- You can withdraw credits you earned, not talk time you bought. The smallest withdrawal and your current rate are shown in the app. Payouts are made by UPI to the UPI ID you give, so check it carefully. We cannot recover money paid to a wrong ID you entered.
- Each request is reviewed before it is paid. We may delay or refuse a payout, or take back earnings, if we find fraud, fake or abusive calls, arrangements with callers to inflate time, a breach of these terms, or an error in your wallet. You may have only one open request at a time.
- You are an independent user, not an employee or agent of Dilkii. You are responsible for your own income tax and any other tax on your earnings. We may deduct or report tax where the law requires us to.
6. How to behave
You must not use Dilkii to:
- harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, shame or discriminate against anyone;
- show, ask for or encourage nudity, sexual acts or sexual content, or demand them on a call;
- ask for money, gifts, bank or UPI details, or tell someone to pay or chat on another app or platform;
- impersonate anyone, use a fake profile or photos, or mislead people about who you are;
- talk to, record, screenshot or share a call or chat of another person without their consent;
- involve anyone under 18 in any way;
- share illegal content, promote violence or self-harm, or carry out scams, fraud or spam;
- claim to be a doctor, psychologist, therapist or any other licensed professional, or give medical, legal or financial advice as if you were one;
- pressure callers to keep talking, spend more, or depend on you;
- interfere with, reverse-engineer or overload Dilkii, create accounts in bulk, or try to avoid a restriction or a ban.
7. Reports, safety and account action
- You can report or block anyone from a chat or call. A report blocks the person unless you choose otherwise.
- We review reports. Depending on how serious they are and what we find, we may warn a member, remove discounts, put an account on hold, suspend it for a period, or ban it. Calls in progress may be ended, and a held account may be taken offline while we review it.
- Where a report involves nudity, threats, or someone who appears to be under 18, we may hold the account at once and look at it afterwards.
- If action is taken against your account you can send an appeal from the app, and we will review it. We may change or reverse a decision, including when we find a report was false. False or abusive reporting can itself lead to restrictions.
- If we close your account for breaking these terms, we may withhold talk time and unpaid earnings that relate to the breach, subject to the law.
- We may keep and share records with authorities when the law requires or to protect people.
8. Not professional advice, and in an emergency
- Listeners offer conversation and a patient ear. Astrologers share their own reading of astrology, and consultants share their experience in a field. None of them are acting as doctors, psychologists, therapists, counsellors, lawyers or financial advisers, and nothing said on Dilkii is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, or a diagnosis or treatment.
- Astrology and consulting are guidance, not a guarantee. Nobody on Dilkii can promise an outcome. Decide for yourself what to do with what you hear.
- Dilkii is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or thinking of harming yourself or someone else, call 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24 hours) or contact someone you trust or a qualified professional straight away. A call to an expert is not a substitute for professional care.
- Experts may end a call, or report it to us, if they are worried about your safety or if a conversation breaks these terms.
9. Your content, and ours
- You own what you create. You give Dilkii a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process and show it as needed to run the service, such as displaying your profile and delivering your messages.
- You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.
- The Dilkii name, logo, app, designs and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use Dilkii as intended.
10. Availability
We work to keep Dilkii running, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Calls depend on your phone, your network and the other person. We may change, pause or stop features, for example for maintenance, security or legal reasons. If we stop the service entirely, we will refund the value of talk time you bought and did not use.
11. Ending your account
You may stop using Dilkii at any time. To close your account and have your information erased, write to chatpelive@gmail.com. Unused talk time at closure are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end your account for breaking these terms or the law, or to protect others.
12. Our responsibility
- Dilkii is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give warranties about the conduct of members, the quality of conversations, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or for anything a member says or does. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid Dilkii in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- You will compensate us for loss caused by your breach of these terms or your unlawful conduct.
13. Complaints and disputes
Please contact our Grievance Officer first (details below). We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute is not settled, the courts at Bengaluru, India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell you in the app if a change matters. Using Dilkii after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using Dilkii and ask us to close your account.
