Dilkii is a one-to-one conversation service. You talk to an expert, an everyday person who listens, on a private audio or video call. Experts are not doctors or therapists, and Dilkii is not a medical or crisis service. The only thing you buy on Dilkii is talk time: prepaid time for those one-to-one conversations.

What you are buying

One-to-one talk time. Time for private audio and video conversations with an expert you choose.
One-time top-ups. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
A digital service. Nothing is shipped. Your talk time is added to your wallet in the app within seconds of a confirmed payment. See the Delivery Policy.

How talk time is used

Talk time is used while a call is connected, in blocks of 15 seconds. It is not used while a call is ringing or has not connected. The call ends when your talk time runs out, and the app warns you before that. How much talk time each block uses is shown in the app before you call.

Talk time is not a subscription, cannot be sent to another user, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How you pay

Open the wallet in the app and choose how much talk time to buy. The price is shown, in Indian rupees and including applicable taxes, before you pay.
Pick how to pay: a UPI app on your phone, or a UPI QR code.
Approve the payment in your UPI app. Payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway.
The app confirms the payment with our server, and your talk time appears in your wallet.

Dilkii does not see or keep your UPI PIN, card details or bank password. We keep a record of each order and its payment reference so that we can deliver your talk time and handle refunds. Only the amount shown in the app is ever charged.
